"This is my experience and why I would never recommend another disposal company; I booked a bin last minute on a Saturday and they accommodated a drop off within a couple of hours. The driver arrived exactly on time to both drop and pick up the bin. We had promised to have the bin ready to go when they arrived to pick up but we were delayed. Instead of the driver leaving or giving attitude (which he was untitled to do being we were his last stop on a Saturday and keeping him waiting) instead he jumped out of the cap and started loading the bin!! The driver actually came down and started hauling paving stones to the bin with us. Afterwards he managed to get the bin out of a very tough spot and left happy an hour after he was scheduled to be off work on a Saturday Thus is serious customer service and way beyond what I was expecting. Talk about going the extra mile to make a customer happy!!
