Terms and Conditions:
- Insurance policy prohibits container from being filled higher than the container walls
- We are not responsible for damage of lawns, curbs, sidewalks, driveways or any loading surfaces, but will take every precaution
- Rental charges may be applied after the included rental time. Additional rental time is not always available.
- 100% non-hazardous waste only
- Hazardous or pathological waste will not be accepted and will be returned at your cost
- Liquid waste is not accepted and will be returned to you at your cost
- Clean fill materials cannot be mixed together with the acception of brick and concrete together
- No garbage, or wood, can be mixed with clean fill loads and will be returned or disposed of at your cost
- Brush, branches or roots are not accepted in clean fill loads and will be returned or disposed of at your cost
- Bins will not be placed on a street unless the customer provides a street occupation permit
- Asphalt cannot be mixed with dirt, concrete or brick and will be returned or disposed of at your cost
- An additional 10% fuel surcharge will be applied to each invoice
Refund Policy:
- Refunds for the difference of the deposit amount and invoice amount are done at the time of invoicing
- Deposit amounts for cancelled bins are refunded, minus a 3% processing fee
- Refunds are charged to the original purchasing card
- It may take up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account
