Whether you want to clean out your house or tear the whole thing down, we offer a wide range of bins that can remove waste and debris of all shapes, sizes and types. From homeowners looking for soil removal after a small gardening project to contractors who need concrete disposal from a large commercial construction site, we help customers remove whatever waste they encounter on the job.
In some cases, what we can take will depend on what kind of bin you’ve selected. For instance, our larger 20- and 40-yard bins cannot be used for concrete, brick loads or clean fill, meaning soil, rock or other naturally occurring materials.
Bin Rental Best Practices
Since what we can remove all depends on what kind of bin you use, it’s important to plan ahead and give some thought to what you want to remove, how big it is, how much space it will take up in a bin, and how many loads you may have to do.
For instance, the average house demo requires about four of our largest 40-yard bins to get rid of all the debris. But as mentioned above, those bins can’t be used for disposing of clean fill, so if you also need to get rid of naturally occurring materials, you would need a second bin.
If you’re not sure what types of materials can go in which bins, give us a call: 416-265-7979. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will be happy to help you find the right bin for your job.

This is my experience and why I would never recommend another disposal company; I booked a bin last minute on a Saturday and they accommodated a drop off within a couple of hours. The driver arrived exactly on time to both drop and pick up the bin. We had promised to have the bin ready to go when they arrived to pick up but we were delayed. Instead of the driver leaving or giving attitude (which he was untitled to do being we were his last stop on a Saturday and keeping him waiting) instead he jumped out of the cap and started loading the bin!! The driver actually came down and started hauling paving stones to the bin with us. Afterwards he managed to get the bin out of a very tough spot and left happy an hour after he was scheduled to be off work on a Saturday Thus is serious customer service and way beyond what I was expecting. Talk about going the extra mile to make a customer happy!!
Dealt with this company twice now. received the same excellent service both times. They delivered the bin within a few hours of ordering, and picked it up within a few hours of calling in. They put down wood to avoid damaging the driveway and are friendly and professional to deal with. Would definitely use this company again and have recommended it to several other people already.
I rented the 40 yard bin, great service and great price. They promptly delivered and picked up when it was full. No damage on driveway, and the driver was courteous and made adjustments to the positioning when I asked. Would definitely recommend for any bin rental, and will definitely come back when my next load is needed. Have rented from a few places in the past, and so far this is the best one with the best price.
The office staff was very knowledgeable. The Bin arrived on time. The driver was extremely experienced and backed it into my VERY TIGHT driveway with about 1 cm to spare on each side. They gave me advice to keep the bin covered if raining to reduce cost of dumping wet waste. I was pleased with the total experience and the cost was very comparable.
