Hazardous or pathological waste will not be accepted and will be returned at your cost
Liquid waste is not accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

Clean fill materials cannot be mixed together with the acception of brick and concrete together
No garbage, or wood, can be mixed with clean fill loads and will be returned or disposed of at your cost
Brush, branches or roots are not accepted in clean fill loads and will be returned or disposed of at your cost
Bins will not be placed on a street unless the customer provides a street occupation permit
Asphalt cannot be mixed with dirt, concrete or brick and will be returned or disposed of at your cost
An additional 10% fuel surcharge will be applied to each invoice
