Bin Sizes and Types
Find the Perfect Bin for Your Waste Disposal Needs
Detail the different bin sizes available and their typical uses.
Great for homeowners doing a small gardening project or a contractor with a small amount of rubble. This bin also works well in tight spaces, where we can’t get a larger truck in. These bins are typically used for dirt, concrete, brick or asphalt.
Great for a small bathroom or kitchen renovation, this bin can be delivered on our small truck and put in tight spots for garbage/junk removal. This bin is also good for roofing projects and holds up to 140 bundles of shingles.
When filled with garbage, this bin would hold about half the contents of a single-car garage or up to 180 bundles of shingles. It is also a good size for a kitchen renovation. This bin can also be used for dirt, concrete, brick or asphalt.
We offer 2 different sizes of 20 yard bins. The lower in height, longer in length bin is Ideal for a basement renovation or house clean, this bin has low sides to allow for side-loading and can usually hold an entire kitchen or bathroom if the cabinets are broken up. If you have a longer driveway, this is usually the size we would send unless otherwise requested. The S20 bin is a bit taller in height, but shorter in length as is the better option for properties with tight spaces. (Note: cannot be used for clean fill, concrete or brick loads.)
Our biggest bin, this one can be used to clean out a house with large furniture or gut the main floor of a house (the average house demo would fill this bin 4 times). Picked up by our larger trucks, it requires 25 feet of space to allow for the doors to open. (Note: cannot be used for clean fill, concrete or brick loads.)

Pricing and Packages
Transparent and Competitive Pricing
All of our garbage bins are priced to include a certain amount of tonnage
based on the size of the bin. These amounts are what we find people most typically put
into a bin….so you aren’t paying for too much extra. The additional weight is charged at
a prorated amount, meaning you will pay for the exact weight of the bin….we do not
round up to the nearest tonne. Clean fill bins are a flat rate price and include the
dumping fees as long as the loads are kept clean. Clean fill includes dirt, brick, concrete
and asphalt.
Payment
All of our bins require a credit card deposit. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the size of the bin and the material going in it. The deposit is to cover the cost of servicing the bin as well as any dumping fees, environmental fees and also allows for any weight overages. We accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard.
Invoicing
All of our bins require a credit card deposit. We take this information over the phone when you order the bin and the deposit is charged on the day of delivery. Once your bin has been picked up, the invoice is prepared the following business day. We apply the deposit to your invoice and refund the difference back to your card. If your bin was heavy, we may charge the additional balance to your card. You will receive an email copy of your invoice including your dump ticket as proof of weight.

This is my experience and why I would never recommend another disposal company; I booked a bin last minute on a Saturday and they accommodated a drop off within a couple of hours. The driver arrived exactly on time to both drop and pick up the bin. We had promised to have the bin ready to go when they arrived to pick up but we were delayed. Instead of the driver leaving or giving attitude (which he was untitled to do being we were his last stop on a Saturday and keeping him waiting) instead he jumped out of the cap and started loading the bin!! The driver actually came down and started hauling paving stones to the bin with us. Afterwards he managed to get the bin out of a very tough spot and left happy an hour after he was scheduled to be off work on a Saturday Thus is serious customer service and way beyond what I was expecting. Talk about going the extra mile to make a customer happy!!
Dealt with this company twice now. received the same excellent service both times. They delivered the bin within a few hours of ordering, and picked it up within a few hours of calling in. They put down wood to avoid damaging the driveway and are friendly and professional to deal with. Would definitely use this company again and have recommended it to several other people already.
I rented the 40 yard bin, great service and great price. They promptly delivered and picked up when it was full. No damage on driveway, and the driver was courteous and made adjustments to the positioning when I asked. Would definitely recommend for any bin rental, and will definitely come back when my next load is needed. Have rented from a few places in the past, and so far this is the best one with the best price.
The office staff was very knowledgeable. The Bin arrived on time. The driver was extremely experienced and backed it into my VERY TIGHT driveway with about 1 cm to spare on each side. They gave me advice to keep the bin covered if raining to reduce cost of dumping wet waste. I was pleased with the total experience and the cost was very comparable.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long can I keep my mixed waste bin for?
Each bin size has an allotted rental period based on the size of the bin and how long it should take to load it.
What if I need the bin for longer than the rental period?
Rental extensions are based on availability and generally has a surcharge, charged per day or weekly, depending on the circumstance. Prolonged rentals are something that should be arranged ahead of time.
Do I need to be at home when my bin is delivered or picked up?
Not at all. Make sure the driveway is clear and you can let us know if you have a preferred spot in your driveway for the bin. When the bin is picked up, again just ensure the driveway is clear and the bin is not blocked.
Can a bin go on my lawn?
In some situations a bin might be able to be placed on the lawn. This is something to be discussed with customer service, but please note that we cannot guarantee there will be no damage done to the lawn.
Will a bin fit in my driveway?
Most of our smaller bins (4 yard up to S20 yard) would fit in a standard driveway. While it’s always best to measure to be sure, you can always call our office to ensure there is sufficient space.
What if I have a tight space?
Our hook lift bins are great for locations with tighter access. Whether it be a mutual driveway, laneway, etc. These bins are slightly more narrow and delivered on a specific type of truck that needs less room to maneuver. These come in 4 yards up to 20 yards.
How do I load the bin?
All of our bins have double doors in the back that make them easy to open and walk right in. We do ask that you only load the bins to a maximum of level to the sides of the bin, and not loading too much to one side or the other. An overloaded bin (higher than the sides or uneven) is considered hazardous and is illegal for us to drive down the road with. As well with an uneven load, we run the risk of the bin coming off of the truck when trying to pick it up.
What’s the difference between a roll off truck/bin and a hook lift truck/bin?
A roll off has a cable with a hook that slides the bin onto a set of rails on the back of the truck as the truck backs into the bin. It then pulls the bin up and onto the rails as he puts the rails down. The opposite happens when the bin is being delivered. This is why some of the bins will need more access for the larger sized trucks. A hooklift truck has an arm on the back with a hook on it. It lowers the arm and hooks onto the hook on the front of the bin and then pulls it onto the truck. This style truck needs less space to do this as it doesn’t have the long rail system. This is a great option for locations with tighter access.
How do I know which type of bin I need? Hooklift or Roll off?
Don’t worry, customer service will know which type of bin you need once we know the address and the material going into the bin.
Do I need to book a bin in advance?
While advance notice is always great for scheduling, in most cases we can have a bin to you same day just depending on the area and time of day that you call.
Do I need to do anything before the bin arrives?
All we ask is that the driveway is clear!
Will you damage my driveway?
While we can’t guarantee that there will be no damage, we take all measures to ensure we protect your driveway. Our driver will put wood down under the bin and ensure a soft drop when delivering.
How do I know what my bin will weigh?
Once your bin is picked up, it is taken to a third party transfer station. Our truck is weighed when he pulls in, he dumps, and then is weighed on the way out. The difference is what the garbage weighed and is clearly marked on the dump ticket that will be attached to your invoice.
What happens to my garbage once it’s dumped?
Once the garbage is dumped at the transfer station it is sorted into waste, recyclables, metal, etc.
Can I rent a 4 yard or 6 yard for garbage?
We don’t generally put the 4 or 6 yard bins out for garbage. People don’t realize just how small these bins are! Keeping in mind that the items have to be LEVEL with the sides of the bin, these bins are only 2 feet high!
