This is my experience and why I would never recommend another disposal company; I booked a bin last minute on a Saturday and they accommodated a drop off within a couple of hours. The driver arrived exactly on time to both drop and pick up the bin. We had promised to have the bin ready to go when they arrived to pick up but we were delayed. Instead of the driver leaving or giving attitude (which he was untitled to do being we were his last stop on a Saturday and keeping him waiting) instead he jumped out of the cap and started loading the bin!! The driver actually came down and started hauling paving stones to the bin with us. Afterwards he managed to get the bin out of a very tough spot and left happy an hour after he was scheduled to be off work on a Saturday Thus is serious customer service and way beyond what I was expecting. Talk about going the extra mile to make a customer happy!!
Dealt with this company twice now. received the same excellent service both times. They delivered the bin within a few hours of ordering, and picked it up within a few hours of calling in. They put down wood to avoid damaging the driveway and are friendly and professional to deal with. Would definitely use this company again and have recommended it to several other people already.
I rented the 40 yard bin, great service and great price. They promptly delivered and picked up when it was full. No damage on driveway, and the driver was courteous and made adjustments to the positioning when I asked. Would definitely recommend for any bin rental, and will definitely come back when my next load is needed. Have rented from a few places in the past, and so far this is the best one with the best price.
The office staff was very knowledgeable. The Bin arrived on time. The driver was extremely experienced and backed it into my VERY TIGHT driveway with about 1 cm to spare on each side. They gave me advice to keep the bin covered if raining to reduce cost of dumping wet waste. I was pleased with the total experience and the cost was very comparable.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is clean fill?
Clean fill is dirt, sand, topsoil, brick, concrete and asphalt.
Can I mix my bin?
We do ask that you try to keep your loads clean. This will help to keep your cost down. However, we understand that some sites can be complicated and we are happy to provide a custom quote. In some cases the surcharge will be minimal if at all.
Why can’t I mix my bin?
Dirt, brick, concrete and asphalt go to different places to be dumped. Sometimes we are able to dump these materials together but for the most part it makes it easier and more cost effective to have them separate.
What if I need the bin longer?
When we are in our peak season it can be difficult to leave a bin out for too long and we have to charge a surcharge (depending on the length of time). Simply give us a call and we are happy to help you in any way we can.
What if I need multiple bins?
Give us a call and we’d be happy to give you a custom quote for your site.
How do I know what size I need?
Consider material type, how much you have and the space available for the bin. If you are unsure, we always recommend sizing up, but you can give us a call and we’d be happy to assist you with choosing the right size!
How do I calculate how much fill I have?
The rule of thumb is L x W x H divided by 27 x 1.3 for expansion.
What type of aggregate do you sell?
At the moment we carry ¾ clear and ¾ crusher run.
